Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pofu account and all data linked to it at any time.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Pofu and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Enter your PIN if you are in guide mode.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

The account, player profiles, learning progress, badges, coins, e-mail address and notification registration are removed from our servers immediately; this cannot be undone. In-app purchases are managed by the App Store / Google Play and stay with your store account.

By e-mail

If you cannot access the app, write "delete my account" from the account's e-mail address to [email protected]. Requests are completed within 7 days and confirmed to you.

What is not deleted

Invoice records with a legal retention duty (held by the store) and anonymous usage statistics that contain no personal data are outside the scope of deletion.
